ARRIVALS AT INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT T1

Make your way outside of the terminal building. Turn right and walk to bay 32.

ARRIVALS AT DOMESTIC AIRPORT T2 AND T3

Contact us upon your arrival on 1300739 766 or 0416 066 408 and make your way to the Horse Shoe pick up point which is located between the two Domestic Terminals.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Please have your mobile phone on as soon as you land and call your driver to advice of your arrival, then make your way to the pick-up point.
Your driver might also need to contact you if you cannot be located at your designated pick up point.
If you are running late due to flight delays or customs hold up, there is no need to worry as we may be able to accommodate you on our next available shuttle transfer.
