  • 1. How do I book my shuttle transfer?

    You can book online or you can make your reservation via phone on 1300 739 766 or 0416 066 408 . If you are calling from overseas please call +61 416 066 408.
  • 2. How long before the transfer should I make my reservation?

    Online bookings should be made 48 hours in advance. However, if you make your booking via phone we can pick you up on the same day, subject to availability.
  • 3. How do I pay?

    All online bookings are paid via PayPal, Debit and Credit Card . Passengers with online bookings must print a copy of their ticket/confirmation and hand it to the driver when boarding the shuttle bus. If you made your booking via phone you must pay the driver at the time of pick up. (Please make sure you have the correct money).
  • 4. What are the operating hours?

    Our operating hours are from 5 am to 6 pm daily and our office hours are 5 am to 9 pm daily.
  • 5. How much luggage am I allowed to take?

    Each passenger is allowed one suitcase and a carry-on bag. Oversized items e.g. surfboards, golf bags, bicycles will incur an additional fee of $5 per item and subject to availability of space.
  • 6. Do you supply baby seats?

    Baby seats are available on request in advance free of charge.
  • 7. What do I do if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

    If your flight is delayed or cancelled contact us on 1300 739 766 or 0416 066408 as soon as you can with the new time (considering it is within our operating hours) so we can provide you a transfer with the next available shuttle service.
  • 8. How much time should I allow before my flight?

    For Domestic flights allow a minimumof 2 hours prior to the flight departure time when booking.
    For International flights allow a minimum of 3 hours prior to the flight departure time when booking.
    All passengers travelling to the airportare required to be ready 5 minutes prior to their schedule pick up time.
  • 9. How do I cancel my booking?

    Online booking cancellations must be made via email easternairportshuttle@gmail.com . Phone booking cancellations contact us via phone on 1300 736 766 or 0416 066 408. Online cancellations must be made no less than 48 hours prior to your pick up time to receive a full refund. If cancellation is received between 24 to 48 hours customers will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. If cancellation is received less than 24 hours prior to scheduled pick up time or customer is a no show, there will be no refund.
